almond flour vs white flour

I made two different types of cookies this weekend for two different people. One friend is low carb/sugar and the other friend has nut allergies and wanted a sweet treat!

The almond cookies looked burnt but it’s that’s just the result of the monk sweetener. They are pretty chewy and because almonds are filling, and I used 70% dark chocolate, one cookie is enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. The real cookie.. on the right.. are a really yummy treat if you’re not following a special diet, but.. because of the sugar content.. you’ll end up eating a few or more in one sitting. Both the re
